How To Enroll Your Child For Our Enrollment Lottery

The deadline for the 2026-2027 school year has passed. If you are interested in placing your child on the waiting list for the 2026-2027 school year, please fill out the applicable form and return it to APCS. 

The forms are available below. Simply click on the link for the grade(s) for your child(ren). Forms with required paperwork will be accepted at the school offices during school hours. 

For students entering

Kindergarten-

Bring Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Social Security Card

For students entering 1st-8th grades-

Bring latest report card

For students entering High School-

Bring Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Social Security Card, latest report card, and End of Course Test scores
